Fixed Pricing Model
myHCM fixed time/fixed price model offers the Client a low-risk option and can be employed when the scope and specification of the project are reasonably clear. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Deliverables, Cost and Timelines are clearly defined in this model.
Time and Material Model
When scope, specification and implementation plans of a project are not easy to define at the onset, Time and Material Model becomes an attractive option. Under this model, the Client pays as per use on a man-day effort basis. Under this model, myHCM will define the business model and work hand in hand with the Client for execution of the end-to-end project.
Hybrid Model
Very often it becomes necessary to undertake a major portion of the project on a Fixed Price basis and at the same time deploy resources on a Time and Material basis. myHCM calls this the Hybrid Model. Adopting such a model enables the Client to minimize their budgets without compromising any aspect of the project.
